Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement a monthly visiting plan to visit, check, and collect orders from depots within the assigned area.
  • Monitor and update on competitor activities within the assigned area.
  • Firmly monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of depots to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide regular performance reports and take corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing depots.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new depots to increase sales.
  • Work closely with key depots and the marketing team to propose and implement effective sales promotions and marketing activities that align with the assigned area.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are well-executed.
  • Conduct monthly updates and gain a thorough understanding of overall market information within the assigned area.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Field Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry, property industry, or a relevant construction-related field.
  • Proficiency in Khmer and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn new things and challenge constraints.
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
