ទំនួលខុសត្រូវ/Main Responsibilities :

  • Formulate Product Strategies aligned with Company Directions, subsequently drives Strategies and Tactics of other departments (Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Perform thorough Research and Analysis to identify Needs, Trends, Supplies, etc. in the Market; strate-gize fulfilment to the gaps while seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Define objectives of each Product Line; set Product Positioning (Branding, Pricing, Quality, etc.), design Business Model, develop Product Roadmap, etc.; monitor and react through the entire Product Lifecy-cle (PLC) from Conception to Discontinuation
  • Perform Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies; study qualitative and quantitative data, solicit market voice from different Customer Segments and internal departments; fulfil Market Demands
  • Develop Sales Literature, Deliverables, Unique and Emotional Selling Points (USP & ESP), etc. for the most effective selling processes and desired customer experiences
  • Organize Trade Meetings, Workshops, Media Events, etc. to promote the right products to the right audience at the right time, with the right contents, executions, and presentations
  • Constantly monitor Pricing Trend in the Market; formulate Pricing Strategy and take responsive action accordingly
  • Develop and execute Promotional Strategies with clear objectives (Revenue, Stock Clearance, Product Launching, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

 

តម្រូវការ/Requirements :

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of work experience with impressive track records in relevant function and industry
  • Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience across several Construction Materials
  • Good command of English, fluency in Chinese is a plus
  • Outstanding business acumen and entrepreneurship, ability to generate seamless communication with all lev-els from C-Suite to Technical Experts
  • Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skill, wisdom, and creativity; possess highest level of integrity, confi-dence, determination, and ambition
  • Excellent leadership, and ability to lead Cross-Functional (Matrix) Team with no Legitimate Authority assigned
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
