Main Responsibilities​:

  • Supervise all direct and indirect project sales.
  • Handle sales and follow up on key accounts.

  • Leverage special events and marketing opportunities to sell products at high volumes.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting direct and indirect project customer groups (Apartments, condo, designer, contractors, etc.…).
  • Updating professionals and consultant with latest products and specs, trying to. spec our products into their residential/commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with other divisions/departments to expend product coverage and. limit overlap.
  • Occasionally fill in for existing sales representative servicing existing accounts.
  • Generate regular sales report.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in Construction industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials, and 2 + years of team management experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English, and Chinese.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
  • Analyzing sales data, Presentation skills.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Mentoring and coaching sales reps.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • Good in Problem-solving.
