Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise all direct and indirect project sales.
- Handle sales and follow up on key accounts.

- Leverage special events and marketing opportunities to sell products at high volumes.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting direct and indirect project customer groups (Apartments, condo, designer, contractors, etc.…).
- Updating professionals and consultant with latest products and specs, trying to. spec our products into their residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate with other divisions/departments to expend product coverage and. limit overlap.
- Occasionally fill in for existing sales representative servicing existing accounts.
- Generate regular sales report.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
- 3+ years of sales experience in Construction industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials, and 2 + years of team management experience.
- Good written and verbal communication in English, and Chinese.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
- Analyzing sales data, Presentation skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Mentoring and coaching sales reps.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Good in Problem-solving.
