គោលបំណង/Job Purpose :
To assist the Sr. Sales Manager for project Sales scope in leading and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales performance and providing professional level of customer service with existing new customers.
- Promote company products and create sales opportunity
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer.
- Prepared and deliver appropriate presentation on products/service
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
- Negotiate close deals and handle complaints.
- Support sales manager to do some documents which related to internal process.
- Engaging in cross-sale activates, sharing market intelligence and support other sales team members.
- Bachelor’s degree of Sales & Marketing or Engineering or related.
- At least 2-year-experience in operation job.
- Computer skills (Work, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email)
- Soft Skill (Decision Making skill, Problem solving skill, and negotiation skill)
- Ability to communication of English
