Leverage special events and marketing opportunities to sell products at high volumes.
Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting direct and indirect project customer groups (Apartments, condo, designer, contractors, etc…).
Updating professionals and consultant with latest products and specs, trying to spec our products into their residential/commercial projects.
Coordinate with other divisions/departments to expend product coverage and limit overlap.
Occasionally fill in for existing sales representative servicing existing accounts.
Generate regular sales report.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
3+ years of sales experience in Construction industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials, and 2 + years of team management experience.
Good written and verbal communication in English, and Chinese.
Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
